SentiSense on Apify: Stock Sentiment Scores and Research Reports, Pay Per Ticker

Two SentiSense Actors are live on the Apify Store: a daily stock sentiment score per ticker, and a one-row research report with sentiment, insider and congressional trades and analyst consensus. Pay per ticker, no subscription, callable from the Apify console, API, schedules and MCP server.

SentiSense market data is now on the Apify Store as two Actors, and each run lands as a dataset you can download, join or hand to an agent. The Stock Sentiment Score Actor returns the daily SentiSense Score for each ticker at $0.05 a ticker, and the Stock Research Report Actor returns a six-section research row at $0.25 a report. Both are pay-per-event: no subscription, no API key to manage, and you pay only for tickers that come back with data.

This is the same data the SentiSense Pro plan serves through the API, packaged for a different kind of use: one run, one dataset, one bill.

What does each Actor return?

Stock Sentiment Score gives one row per US ticker. Each row carries today's SentiSense Score blended from news, Reddit, X, YouTube and Substack, the 30-day average and the change against it, a seven-band label from Strong Bearish to Strong Bullish, a direction and trend, mention momentum against the 30-day daily average, share of voice, how each source leans, the stories driving the reading and a written narrative explaining why the Score sits where it does. Up to 25 tickers per run. ETFs are supported and charged like stocks.

Stock Research Report gives one row per US stock with everything a first-pass read needs: the same sentiment picture, the quote (15-minute delayed) with day and 52-week ranges, market cap, P/E and EPS, up to five AI-clustered news stories with tone and impact, the most recent insider transactions from Form 4 filings with the full count in your lookback window, the most recently disclosed congressional trades, and the analyst consensus with low, mean, median and high targets. Up to 10 tickers per run. An ETF symbol returns sentiment and fund price data at no charge.

Coverage is the most-watched US stocks and the tracked ETFs. A symbol outside coverage comes back as a no_coverage row and costs nothing, so the cheapest coverage check is to run it.

How do you run them?

The input is a list of tickers, with two optional switches:

{ "tickers": ["NVDA", "TSLA", "SPY"], "includeDrivers": true }

From there, every path Apify offers is open. Run it once from the console and download the dataset as JSON, CSV or Excel. Call it from the Apify API or client libraries inside your own code. Put it on a schedule and get a watchlist snapshot every morning. Route the dataset into an integration such as Google Sheets, Slack or a webhook. Or expose it to an AI agent through Apify's MCP server, where each Actor is a callable tool: the agent asks for a sentiment read on three names and receives three typed rows.

Agents can also pay for a run in USDC through x402, which Apify supports for per-run payment without an Apify account. An agent that has a wallet and a reason to check a ticker can do so and settle the charge itself.

The Score is a daily reading, recomputed once a day with today's value landing late morning US Eastern time. Before it lands, the 30-day fields are complete and today's fields are null, so a pre-market run still returns a usable regime read.

When are the Actors the right route, and when is Pro?

The Actors fit occasional use, bulk dataset pulls, scheduled watchlist snapshots and agents that pay per run. A 25-ticker sentiment sweep costs $1.25 and a 10-name research sheet costs $2.50, each as a clean dataset with no infrastructure on your side.

Heavy or continuous use is what the Pro plan is for: unlimited monthly requests to the full API, rate-limited per minute, with the SDKs, the MCP connector and the published skills on top. If you find yourself running an Actor every few minutes or pulling hundreds of tickers a day, Pro is the cheaper and simpler shape. More Actors are on the way, each built around one job and one dense row.
