Stock Market Data License: Show SentiSense Data in Your Product
A SentiSense Data License lets your product show our market data to its own users, store it and use it commercially, month to month from $135. Pro Max raises the API rate to 1,500 requests a minute. Both are self-serve on the pricing page.
Three plans open on the SentiSense pricing page today for teams that have outgrown a single Pro seat: Pro Max, Data License: Essentials and Data License: Premium. All three are self-serve through Stripe, cancel anytime, and run on the same API and the same key as Pro.
A SentiSense Data License is a month-to-month subscription that lets a company show SentiSense market data to its own users inside its own product, store it for as long as the product needs it, and use it commercially, with attribution optional.
Who is Pro Max for?
Pro Max is Pro with a bigger pipe: 1,500 API requests a minute, five times the Pro limit, with no monthly cap. Everything else is the Pro you know: the same endpoints, the same data depth, the same MCP connector. It is the plan for an app that fans out several calls per user or per agent turn and has started to see 429s at 300 a minute.
Pro Max lists at $65 a month and is $29.25 a month with the launch discount of 55%, kept for as long as the subscription stays active. Billed yearly, it lists at $624 and is $280.80 a year with the same discount, about $23.40 a month. A Pro subscriber moves to it from the pricing page in place, prorated from the day of the switch. A new account checks out through Stripe, as for Pro.
What does a Data License let you do?
A Data License is a written grant, on top of the API Terms, for presenting SentiSense data itself to your end users. It covers:
- Display. Show the licensed data inside your application, as records and values or as the charts, tables, alerts and scores you build from it, including through an AI assistant feature of your app that answers your users' questions.
- Storage. Keep it for as long as your application reasonably needs, earlier values included.
- Commercial use. In products offered to the public for a fee.
- Your own outputs. The analytics, scores and signals you derive from it are yours.
The license covers display inside your product. It does not cover passing the data on as data (an API, a feed, a file export or a published dataset) or training a model on it. Prices, fundamentals and analyst data come from third-party providers and can be shown alongside the licensed data, not as a standalone quote or fundamentals service.
What is in Essentials, and what is in Premium?
Data License: Essentials licenses the alternative-data set: the earnings calendar (report dates, timing, confirmation status and estimates), insider transactions from SEC Form 4 filings with the cluster analytics, institutional holdings from 13F filings with the holder and flow analytics, and congressional trades from STOCK Act disclosures. It lists at $300 a month; the early-partner rate is $180, or $135 with attribution.
Data License: Premium licenses everything the public API returns, which adds the curated layer: company KPIs, earnings analysis, sentiment and the SentiSense Score, the SentiSense Rating and the options analytics. It lists at $1,000 a month; the early-partner rate is $600, or $450 with attribution.
Both plans include every Pro feature at 2,000 requests a minute, email support, and the early-partner rate for as long as the subscription stays continuously active. Coverage is the same as Pro: the most-watched US stocks and the tracked ETFs.
How does the attribution discount work?
Attribution is optional. If your application shows "Powered by SentiSense", linked to sentisense.ai, on or near the screens where the licensed data appears, the subscription fee is 25% lower for each billing period it is displayed. You choose it at checkout, and the choice is recorded with your acceptance.
How do you sign up?
Open the pricing page, choose Business plans, and pick a plan. Checkout asks for the name or URL of the application the license covers and for acceptance of the Data License Agreement, then continues to Stripe. The agreement is public at sentisense.ai/agreement/data-license, and the version you accepted is recorded with the acceptance.
Terms are month to month, cancelled from account settings at the end of the current period. Your rate does not change for the first twelve months of a continuously active subscription, and after that by no more than 10% in any twelve months, with thirty days' notice. Existing Pro subscribers switch in place, with the change prorated from the day of the switch.
If you need an uptime commitment, a higher rate or custom terms, email support@sentisense.ai and we will set up an enterprise agreement.
