Can I show SentiSense data in my product?

Which plan covers showing our data to your users, and what the Data License allows.

It depends on what your users see, and whether the product earns money.

What you are building What you need
Your own analytics, scores or signals that materially transform our data rather than reproducing it as delivered Free or Pro, depending on how much data and how many calls you need. You may show these outputs in a paid product
A personal project, an internal tool, or a free app that earns no money, including an invite-only beta, showing the data as delivered Free or Pro, depending on how much data and how many calls you need, as long as the app is not a standalone quote, fundamentals or analyst-data service
A paid product, or one funded by ads, sponsorship or affiliate links, showing the data as delivered A Data License
An API, feed, export or dataset of your own Not covered by these plans. Contact us about an enterprise agreement

"As delivered" means a score, a price target, an estimate or a grade as the API returns it. A free tier of a paid product, or a free app that promotes a paid offering, also counts as a paid product.

What the Data License covers

  • Showing the datasets your license lists to your users, including in products sold to the public and in answers from an AI assistant inside your app.
  • Your own analytics built on the data, which you own as long as they do not reproduce it.
  • Storing the data for as long as your application reasonably needs while your license is active. The agreement says what you must delete after it ends.
  • Attribution is optional.

It does not cover redistribution as data, building a substitute for the API, or training models on the data.

Market prices, options data, analyst ratings, price targets and consensus estimates come from third-party providers. You can show them in your product, but not in a product or feature whose main purpose is looking that data up, such as a quote page. Earnings-calendar estimates shown with their report dates are an exception to this rule.

The Data License Agreement and API Terms are the binding text. Compare the business plans, or read what commercial use of a market data API means.
